The Pioneers fall behind by 13 at halftime but make a furious rally in the 2nd half that falls just short as they lose to the Lakers 71-67. Kelsi Stuckmayer's 3-pointer with 12:41 to play in the game made her just the 10th player in Pierz Girls Basketball history to eclipse the 1,000 career point mark. Kelsi finished with 23 points while Brittney Boser had her best offensive game of the season by scoring 18 and Mariah Olesch added 12. Pierz entered the game averaging 46.9 points per game but exploded for 44 points in the 2nd half alone after trailing 36-23 at the break.
