05th January 2018 - FA Vase, Newcastle Benfield, Newport IoW, FA Cup
Tim Fuell and Dave Anderson are back with the first episode of the new year as they take a look at some of the management changes in over the Christmas period and discuss the FA Vase last 32 as well as the FA Cup.
First up Newcastle's premier non league side, Newcastle Benfield of the Northern League Division One. Manager Mark Convery explains how he's preparing his side for the visit of Coleshill Town at the weekend and what that carrot of Wembley means.
Keeping the 'New' theme for the new year, it's down south next for Newport Isle of Wight of the Wessex Premier League where the visit of Bradford Town of the Western Premier for the Fourth Round of the Vase combined with the weather forecast means a very early pitch inspection. Chairman Stuart Ross explains more and tells of plans for a new ground for his club and aspirations to once again make the Southern League Premier.
Finally, @FACupFactfile Phil Annets is back as the FA Cup hits the Third Round proper but without any non league representatives. Phil celebrates the non league success of the competition this season though with the announcement of the results of the FACTAs - the FA Cup Team Awards.
