The Royal National Institute for Blind people (RNIB) runs events throughout the UK called Swap With Me.
It gives bus drivers and visually impaired passengers the chance to swap places and give each other an understanding of what it's like to be in their shoes. The drivers find out how difficult it can be to stop a bus, board, pay for a journey and find a seat when you have sight loss. The passengers find out what it's like being responsible for a passenger service vehicle and those on board. RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Jason Hackit and Rebecca Notely from First Group in Falkirk, near Glasgow, to learn more about the day. #RNIBConnect
