Connecticut state Sen. Tony Boucher, R-Wilton, says it's evident why people are moving out of Connecticut: it's because of high taxes. During a wide-ranging interview on Brad & Dan, Sen. Boucher commented on IRS figures showing that 20,000 high-earning residents moved out of the state in 2015. The senator also talked about a potential gubernatorial bid.
