Walking shoe shuffle (Machu Picchu)

Reimagined by Peter Annear. "I really enjoyed listening to the field recording of the Machu Picchu trail by Mark Wilden. It's raw and energetic with all sorts of sounds contributing. At the moment I seem to listen for and latch on to sound fragments and a few moments from this recording stuck in my brain. These were the ones I finally chose for re-imagining. There was a wonderful human rhythmic progress in the footsteps with little paradiddles here and there, interspersed with biophony (thanks Bernie!) so I thought I would formalise those into something more overt. Walking Shoe Shuffle is the result. All sounds from the original recording with no other sounds added."
