Unions launch campaign demanding more money for public sector workers - Bumper Graham and Frank Shivers clash

30 trade unions here are launching a campaign ahead of the budget calling for the scrapping of the 1% pay cap, and better terms for low-paid workers and those on zero hours contracts. They say that while the unemployment rate is falling, salaries for many workers are still extremely poor.
