17 year old Jodie McCaughey from Newtownards was one of Ireland's most promising young competitors in the sport of motocross. But on the 24th of June this year, disaster struck and Jodie came off her bike at the Desertmartin races. Her spine was snapped and she's now paralysed from the chest down, likely to spend the rest of her life in a wheelchair. Daily life for Jodie and her family is very tough - Stephen spoke to her along with her dad, Marty.
