On the 11th of January this year life changed forever for one County Tyrone man. 52 year old Noel Wilkinson was working in London when an accident left him paralysed from the neck down. The Cookstown father of three received months of treatment in the Royal and Musgrave Hospitals but was then sent to a nursing home because no care package was available. 10 months later - and despite his home being adapted for his return - Noel is preparing to be sent to a nursing home again because the Northern Trust hasn't come up with a care package. Our reporter, Nicola Weir, went to visit Noel and his family in hospital.
