On today's show: Sporting KC defender Matt Besler has always played for his hometown team. Last year, while recovering from an injury, Besler put pen to paper and wrote a book called No Other Home: Living, Leading, and Learning What Matters Most. It comes out November 7th wherever books are sold. We talk with Matt about writing the book, the disappointing end to the MLS season, and what's to come for him and his family. Julia Luetje is a 10 year old with a bright future. Julia came up with the idea for the "Storm Sleeper" - a pillow that provides a cover for the head and a bluetooth speaker to drown out the sound of storms. Julia entered Frito-Lay's Dreamvention Competition along with 13,000 other kids across the U.S. However, Julia's Storm Sleeper got her selected as one of the five finalists for the $250,000 grand prize. Julia came by to tell us about her other inventions, coming up with the Storm Sleeper and what lies ahead.
