Salt Lake Police detective fired for arresting nurse

Salt Lake Police Chief Mike Brown said he couldn't trust Detective Jeff Payne after his arrest of a nurse. Nurse Alex Wubbels refused to draw blood from a patient saying she needed a warrant and she was following policy. Chief Brown said the detective escalated the situation.
