Attorney for fired SLC police officer says he should appeal

Salt Lake City Chief Mike Brown fired Detective Jeff Payne over his arrest of University of Utah Hospital nurse Alex Wubbels. Payne's attorney Greg Skordas said that outcome would have been different if not for the public release of body camera footage.
