David Walker, who worked in the Reagan, Bush and Clinton administrations, is seeking the Republican Party gubernatorial nomination in Connecticut. In this interview, he explains why he is a candidate. He also outlines the state's financially-strapped situation. Walker also stated that more cities than Hartford are in tough, financial shape, including Waterbury. That led to an interesting exchange between Walker and Waterbury Mayor Neil O'Leary.
