Nearly two thirds of smokers in Kent who attended drop in help clinics managed to quit smoking last year - that's according to new stats out today. The report from University College London shows that the success rate for quitting is at its highest in England for at least a decade, with less than 16% of adults in Kent now smoking, and less than one-in-five in Medway. E-cigarettes have been praised as one of the factors towards success. Dr Rebecca Wagstaff is from Public Health England.
