The number of people killed in #crashes in #Kent after not wearing a #seatbelt, has gone down. kmfm's been told of the 24 fatal collisions in the county last year, just four involved a driver or passenger who wasn't strapped in - down from 11 in 31 crashes the year before. Steve Horton from Kent County Council's road safety team believes there are still too many people not buckling up though.
