Panmure Gordon, Senior Market Commentator at Panmure Gordon says that BoE Governor Mark Carney's long-term comments (UK economy risks decoupling from Europe or world economy) are cause of concerns. Though Buik does not agree with Carney's take on the economy, he does say that faster rate hikes will be risky.
