Mum speaks of moment her eight-year-old son was struck by moped in Aberdeen hit-and-run

An eight-year-old boy has been hospitalised after being struck by a moped in a hit-and-run in Aberdeen.

It happened on Cornhill Terrace at around 4.30pm yesterday.

LJ Jackson was hit while on his push bike by a grey moped, the rider drove off without raising the alarm.
