Shelters grow in and around Houston, as some choose other options

Tens of thousands of people in and around Houston remain in shelters today, even as flood waters recede in some of the Harvey-devastated areas. Some people have taken shelter plans into their own hands. KSL Newsradio's Marc Giauque has more.
