Reno Police have arrested a 39 year old Reno Man on charges of sexual assault of a minor. Police say they received information today that a child may have been the victim of a sexual assault. Detectives investigated and interviewed the child at the Washoe County Child Advocacy Center. They then contacted a suspect and served a warrant at his home. Michael Jason Gallagher was arrested after evidence was gathered and he was questioned. Gallagher has been booked on three counts of sexual assault of a minor under 14 and three counts of lewdness with a minor under 14.
