Two people were killed this morning in a tandem skydiving accident in Minden. The accident happened near Heybourne and Firebrand Roads, along the northwest corner of the airport. 43-year-old Ashlie Caceras of Lodi, California, was an experienced instructor working for Skydive Lake Tahoe; 21-year-old David Becker of Germany had never been skydiving before.
