Connecticut Senate Republican President Len Fasano says Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman was wrong to rebuke Sen. George Logan, R-Ansonia, during the debate Monday on the concessions deal, approved by Wyman and the Democrats in the Senate. He also predicted, in this interview, the Democrats' budget will include tax hikes to cover the cost of the contract with the state public employee unions.
