A Scottish soldier who lost his legs in Afghanistan says he feels "discriminated" against after being told he'll no longer get treatment in England.

Callum Brown, from Ayr, says the NHS in #Birmingham will pay for his surgery following the bomb blast six years ago.

The 28 year old claims it is all because he is Scottish.

A spokesperson said: "University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has arranged for two more follow-up appointments for Mr Brown in order to determine the effectiveness of his latest cycle of treatment. If he needs further treatment within the Trust we would need to seek pre-approved funding from NHS Scotland."
