South Sudan Police cautions citizens to guard against Human Trafficking

The Immigration Police Is cautioning South Sudan’s young men and women to guard against human trafficking, which is reportedly an emerging vice in the country.
The advice comes ahead of the World Day against Trafficking in Persons celebrated every year on July 30th.
Speaking to a group of children on Radio Miraya’s Kids Express program, Captain Mading MABOL, of the police Immigrations unit, said South Sudan is increasingly becoming both an origin and destination of human trafficking.
Captain Mabol highlighted some of the cases, South Sudan immigration police have observed in recent months.
