Fireworks and miners

Bolivian miners' protest reimagined by Ian Haygreen.

"For the piece I used Audacity to isolate the small segments I wanted to use as the percussive parts, trimmed the beginning of the original piece. I also added wind that I'd recorded at Orford Castle a month or so back and violin (playing a single tremolo note). I added "canyon echo" on a copy of the main protest and reverb. Most of the sound samples I did very little with. I also added a recording of the radio picking up shortwave transmissions which I'd recorded a week ago."
