Parking on pavements can be dangerous!

The charity Guide Dogs is one of many, campaigning to have the law improved to tackle vehicles parking on pavements. Visually impaired people, parents with prams and those with mobility problems are often forced to walk onto busy roads in order to continue their journey because their path is blocked.
