April Rios ,Transmedia Storytelling Specialist, from Illumination Foundation, and Donald Meade, their client, join us on 5900 Wilshire. Illumination Foundation provides targeted services designed to break the cycle of homelessness in Orange County. Donald Meade, Illumination Foundation’s client, and National Guard veteran experienced chronic homelessness and illness until he started working with Illumination Foundation. Through their help he regained purpose and joy after being reunited with his family after 20 years. Donald is heading back to Ohio to rejoin his family, but he still needs help covering monthly bills and expenses.
