7/13/17 11 PM - Top of the Hour Newscast

Las Vegas Metro Police say there was a shooting near Planet Hollywood shortly before 8:00 this (Thursday) evening. They also say that two security guards have been shot; one in the hand, and the other in the neck. There conditions have not been released. Police say two armed men were trying to rob the Sunglass Hut in the Miracle Mile stores when the shooting happened. Those two men remain at large and are considered armed and dangerous. The Miracle Mile parking structure has been opened for cars exiting the structure, however, no vehicles are being allowed to enter.
