Nevada is considering declaring a marijuana emergency this week, and approving regulations to keep the 47 licensed recreation pot distributors supplied. The state Taxation Department says there are an insufficient number of distributors to meet consumer demand, and they will consider emergency changes at their July 13th meeting.
