INTERVIEW: Simon Elliott, Highways England - 07/07/2017

Jul 06, 2017, 11:01 PM

Journeys in west Kent should get a bit easier from today as a major part of the A21 bypass opens. 70 million pounds is being spent on making the road between Tonbridge and Pembury a dual carriageway to ease congestion. From today, traffic will no longer have to stop at the old Longfield roundabout and will use a new flyover instead. Simon Elliott is the Construction Programme Manager at Highways England.
