Sergio Oliva is the Director of National Programs for the Braille Institute of America, Inc. (BIA). Sergio manages the growth and development of regional and national programs, including The Braille Challenge, Special Collections. Sergio was part of developing the only national reading and writing contest in braille for students who are blind and visually impaired. The annual Braille Challenge finals academic competition took place at USC on June 17th.
