Mental well-being is preventing young people in Thanet from getting jobs, according to new research. A survey by Kent careers charity CXK looked at why so many young adults in the area aren't in education, employment or training. They found that lack of confidence and self-esteem were major issues for many. Andrew Dennis is from the organisation.
