Veteran Angler Charters - CT Council on Environmental Quality - Emergency Animal Response Service

This week on the award-winning 'For the People' John Voket heads to the harbor to introduce Veteran Angler Charters, a non-profit hosting free fishing trips to wounded and recovering veterans. Then we'll catch up with the Connecticut Council on Environmental Quality to review the CEQ's annual report and hear how decisions from Washington could have a significant and negative impact here at home. And we'll close with another grassroots nonprofit - EARS - the Emergency Animal Response Service, providing free emergency medical and trauma response just for pets.
