The man in charge of Kent police as apologised after the force were rated inadequate for the way they record crime. Inspectors found 1 in 6 crimes reported to officers weren't recorded properly - that's the equivalent of more than 24-thousand crimes a year. Chief constable Alan Pughsley admits the report is disappointing reading.
