This week, former Rugby League star Danny Sculthorpe joins Mick Coyle to share his mental health journey.

Left unable to walk because of back injury, Danny was driven to the brink of suicide before turning his life around.

He tells Mick how the injury impacted his life, how he lost his home and how he’s now training to be a mental health counsellor in his own right.
