£72m in one year! Top sports stars' income published - are they getting too much?

Mega rich sports stars rolling in the money. Footballers playing the people's game, becoming multi-millionaires while fans pay through the nose for tickets. Is this one of your big gripes? Or do you think top stars deserve all the riches, because of their skills and all the joy they bring? Well - an international sports star rich list has been published. It's the annual list compiled by influential business list Forbes. Cristiano Ronaldo tops the heap, who received a whopping £72.05m in the year. Our own Rory McIlroy is sixth with £38.74m.
