World Environment Day: Government urged to enact Environment Laws

As South Sudan joins the World to celebrate World Environment day, the United Nations Environment Program, UNEP, is calling on the Government to turn the draft environment bill into law.

The UN’s environment body is also imploring the Government and Civil society to increase public awareness about the environment.

In this interview, Arshad Khan, country program manager UN Environment program in South Sudan, also says citizens should take responsibility of their resource, for current and future generations.
