Soldiers accused of robbing travelers to Uganda

Travelers to Uganda are accusing SPLA soldiers of robbing them of their money at two check-points in the Gumbo and Sherikat areas of Juba. Radio Miraya spoke to a man who remains anonymous, who said he was asked to hand over his 100 US dollars by men in uniform, who said they were enforcing a directive restricting the transportation of US dollars across the border.
