US Congressman: The Patience of the American People has reached breaking point

Tough words there by Christopher Smith, US congressman who is leading a Congressional delegation mission to South Sudan and Uganda.
He is here to conduct a multi-day human rights mission into U.S. efforts to address the famine in South Sudan, caused primarily by armed conflict, and to evaluate what more can be done to help the victims.
US Congressman Chris Smith spoke with Jacob Ruai, expressing his impressions of his visit to the IDPs in Bentiiu.
