Yesterday we had Chef Plumb in studio to talk about coaching Anna though some 30 minuet meals! He has put together a lovely recipe for Sweet and Sour Chicken and they made it LIVE on Facebook at Aitoros in Norwalk. Anna brings in her dish today for Raven to try!
