Superfans: Caitlin and Natalie
Newbies: Kristen and Mitch
Newbies: Kristen and Mitch
Fun Facts:
Kristen is really excited to get a new phone tomorrow morning. Like, REALLY excited. Mitch didn't end up taking his trip to Syracuse, but can smell snow at home in Denver. Umm... It's May. Natalie saw David Boreanaz on a couple of panels at a convention this weekend and he was his funny, performing self. Caitlin got to hang out with Karen and meet Andrew for the first time, and had fun trying to avoid traffic jams. They weren't all that successful, but Karen got the authentic Atlanta experience.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer season 5, episode 21, "The Weight of the World":
-Synopsis
-Buffy has been through a lot over the last five seasons, so this was the final straw.
-It's terrible timing, but completely understandable.
-Bitty Buffy is so cute... and then we go off on a tangent about actors returning on genre shows.
-The implanted memory of Buffy holding baby Dawn feels so real and SO cute.
-Death is her gift. Oh, Buffy. It doesn't have to be that way, though.
-We all have low points, so it's not out of the question that Buffy would have doubts and consider giving it all up.
-Buffy literally has the weight of the world on her shoulders.
-Willow succeeds in snapping Buffy out of her catatonic state and Buffy is ready to fight.
-Then Giles gives her all the contingency plans. They don't look good.
-Getting down to the nitty gritty: Is Dawn going to die in the finale?
-Is magic the fix all?
-The newbies don't think Dawn is going to die, but for very different reasons.
-Willow is doing some powerful magic. I mean, it took a bunch of wizards to put a shield up around Hogwarts and Willow did it all by herself. BAMF.
-Spike and Xander visit Doc and find out he is definitely on Team Glory.
-But they do leave with a box that might help defeat Glory? **crosses fingers**
-The magic that has kept Glory and Ben apart is fading, and it's a hot mess. The look on Dawn's face throughout this scene is priceless.
-Newbies make finale predictions. Kristen's are fairly general; Mitch's are tragic and pretty specific.

Angel season 2, episode 21, "Through the Looking Glass":
-Synopsis
-Big Question: Will Angel stay in Pylea in season 3?
-Kristen says no. Mitch says yes. We shall see.
-Angel and Buffy both hit their lowest lows in these episodes.
-This episode showed Angel at both his highest highs and lowest lows.
-Season 2 of Angel has been about deconstructing who Angel is, and this is a whole new facet of that.
-FRED! Angel gets to ride a horse!
-Cordy starts this episode at a very lofty high, but has fallen quite low by the end.
-Cordy and the Groosalug: We ship it.
-Time to get your com-shuk on, Cordy.
-Wolf-Ram-Hart.
-Mitch really needs to meet the Senior Partners to feel the big-bad-ness of Wolfram and Hart.
-Mitch predicts misery for himself.
-Is Lorne dead? His head is on a platter. Things don't look good.
-Cordy's final moments of the episode show she is definitely at a new low.
