Campaigners clash over leaked Labour manifesto pledge to have abortion on demand for women in NI

A leaked copy of Labour's manifesto has pledged to extend abortion rights to women in Northern Ireland. The document says the party will continue to ensure a woman's right to choose a safe legal abortion - including here. But with the main parties at Stormont opposing abortion-on-demand here - would a Labour government have any right to do this? Or is this a bold step to secure equal rights across the UK?
