4/20 ILWomen: Recruiting Rule Passes, NCAA Sites and Syracuse's Week

It was a week paced with news. New recruiting legislation, which was penned by the IWLCA, was passed. The NCAA Championship Weekend will be making a lot of trips to Baltimore, and Syracuse had a big week on the field.
