Arlene Foster to meet Irish language speakers. Is an 'act' a step closer?

DUP leader Arlene Foster has said she's willing to meet Irish language activists as talks pause for Easter. Only a few months ago Mrs Foster ruled out an Irish Language Act while she was leader. But are the DUP preparing the ground for an Irish Language Act? And what form will that take?
