Astronomy is a very visual pastime or vocation, so can a blind or partially sighted person really get involved in studying the skies and galaxies?
Whether you want to gaze at the skies for fun or think you could succeed vocationally, there is a belief that you can do so without sight.
RNIB Connect Radio's Iain Wilson spoke to Dr Nick Bonne to find out how this can be the case by using technology and a little bit of belief.
