Scots get the chance to talk about welfare payments.
The Scottish Government will take over the running of some welfare payments from Westminster including PIP, Personal Independence Payment.
Ahead of the transfer, the parliament has set up Social Security Panels to look at the good, and bad points, relating to the entire system. Iain Wilson spoke to Jeane Freeman MSP, Social Security Minister, to learn more about the panels and how Scottish people, who have had experience of the system, can take part and give their views to make the whole transition and running of the new devolved powers, better. #RNIBConnect
