Millions of pounds in parking fines were issued in Northern Ireland - and they are up by 11%. That's £4.9 million into the coffers of the Department of Infrastructure last year alone. Over 120,000 tickets were issued last year, with more than two fifths issued in Belfast. Outside Belfast it's a mixed bag: most fines were issued in Fermanagh and Omagh Council and the fewest in Antrim and Newtownabbey Council. So is this a way of keeping our key roads moving - or a hindrance to businesses in our towns and cities? And is it a cash cow for the Department? Stephen spoke to environmental campaigner Jeff Gazzard and Glyn Roberts from Northern Ireland Independent Retail Trade Association.
