Ex-Chief Executive of Health and Social Care Board in health service overspend warning

Northern Ireland's health service is facing a potential overspend of more than £300 million this year as reported in yesterday's Belfast Telegraph which carried a warning from ex-chief executive of the Health and Social Care Board John Compton. He said that the system is in an "unsustainable" financial state and the political stalemate at Stormont is making things worse. He spoke to Stephen this morning.
