Gina Miller on her determination to hold the government to account after Article 50 is triggered
Gina Miller is a polarising figure; anti-Brexit campaigner to some, a lone voice standing up for parliamentary sovereignty to others. Having won a Supreme Court case against Theresa May's government over the need for a vote to implement Article 50 in January, the investment fund manager has led the campaign for parliament to have the final decision over Britain's agreed EU exit package. She joins Tim to explain how she feels sadly let down by politicians on all sides, how her life has changed dramatically in the past six months – a time when she has even feared for the safety of her family – and how, as the two-year process to start leaving the EU is triggered, there could be many more court cases on the horizon.
