Building bridges between expats and Belgians

A "collective intelligence workshop" on 1 April aims to invite expats living in Brussels to help shape local policy. The day of discussions at Pianofabriek in Saint-Gilles is part of a new initiative by the Flemish and French-speaking government. The aim is to experiment and advance new ways of participatory democracy to design policy proposals together. Organisers Guy Janssens and Guilhermo Serodio explain more.
