Sean Curran reports from Westminster as the Government defends a decision to reverse plans unveiled in the Budget to raise national insurance contributions for the self-employed. The Labour leader, Jeremy Corbyn, says the U-turn showed the Government was "in chaos". The Prime Minister defends the move saying the change was consistent with the Conservative manifesto and ministers would bring forward new proposals. Theresa May also warns the SNP against "constitutional game-playing", but the SNP's Angus Robertson accuses Mrs May of breaking promises to secure a UK-wide agreement before beginning the Brexit negotiations.
