Stubbing out smoking

#NorthYorkshire's Trading Standards officers are trying to stop young people smoking by targeting retailers who sell tobacco to underage customers. They're also making sure that shops are following rules which came into force last year. Stray FM has been speaking to Trading Standards officer David Miller.
